This place should be embarrassed to call itself a florist. We ordered a rose bouquet for an ENGAGEMENT and they put together the saddest, cheapest-looking arrangement imaginable. When we picked it up, we politely asked if they could add more filler to make it look fuller and even said we’d PAY extra for it. Instead, the two rude women working there acted like we insulted their life’s work. One of them actually took the bouquet apart in front of us, barely moved anything around, then tied it back even tighter so it looked smaller than before. Their attitudes were absolutely disgusting — they acted like they worked at Chanel instead of a mediocre flower shop selling grocery-store quality roses. And somehow they had the audacity to charge $83 for a dozen roses that looked worse than the bouquets you can buy at ShopRite for half the price. Honestly, ShopRite flowers look more professional and cared for than this mess. I ended up having to completely redo the bouquet myself at home and go buy extra filler because they clearly couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum for such an important occasion. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Morningside Greenhouse for my birthday event. Prior to the occasion, my sister shared an inspiration photo with the owner, Tara, clearly outlining the request for long, blue hydrangea table centerpieces to match the theme. Unfortunately, what we received was entirely different—green hydrangeas arranged in round centerpieces. The arrangements were not only inconsistent with the agreed design, but also impractical. Their size and shape took up significant table space that was needed for food and appetizers, making them unusable for their intended purpose. As a result, I was forced to place approximately $1,500 worth of floral arrangements on the floor, away from the main backdrop, as they did not align with the event’s aesthetic. Additionally, the excessive use of greenery in each arrangement gave the impression that the value of the flowers themselves was diminished. While I understand that certain flowers may be seasonal and not always available, I would have appreciated clear communication regarding this limitation. Their service is horrible, i called and send her picture of what i wanted, i got something completely different. Tara put the blame on the setting of the table which did not matter because i told her they were long and i had long table, the quantity of table doesnt matter. I emailed them using the same email that i sent the order with but they blocked me. She claimed she never got my email complain email but got my order email.I sent her the photo from Pinterest of what i wanted and compared it to the one i actually got. I got my crnterpieces for my wedding flowers there in 2014 and they were beautiful . In 2026, the quality of customer service and the quality of flower dropped by a 100%.

Highly skilled florist / party planning team. Every arrangement that I've ordered from them is stunning and unique. Best to let them know your budget first because they can help with producing the best floral piece for the price. Service and product are absolutely top notch!
